Summer Music Lingua Classes in Park Hill/Central Park - Life on the Ocean!
Theme:
Life on the Ocean

In this unit we will explore Life on the Ocean! Whales, mermaids, pirates, sharks, submarines, octopi and little crabs - what an adventure in language! Along the way we'll learn about playing on the beach, what animals eat, clothing vocabulary, counting, colors, and plenty of functional phrases.

$170 includes fabulous materials: musical CD, download, storybook, activities workbook and a toy. Siblings over the age of 1 are an additional $75. I can't wait to share my love of Spanish with you!

About your teacher:

Carrie Davis

Carrie is a Denver native whose passion for travel and foreign languages began when she was in high school and her family hosted exchange students from all over the world. Carrie speaks five languages (English, Spanish, French, Dutch, and Catalan) and loves to share her passion for other cultures and languages with students of all ages. Carrie spent one year in the Netherlands as a Rotary Exchange Student and has also lived in Barcelona, Spain (3 years), Argentina (1 year), and Ecuador (1 year). Prior to becoming the mother of three wonderful and rambunctious boys, Carrie worked in international education and study abroad for 12 years. She has a Bachelors degree in International Relations and Latin American Studies from Claremont McKenna College and a Masters degree in International Education from the School for International Training. Carrie also obtained teaching and Spanish/English translation certifications from Cambridge University. Carrie is incredibly excited to share her passion and love of Spanish and French with children and their families in Northeast Denver.
