About your teacher:
Lucile Lunde
Lucile Lunde was born in France and grew up bilingual French and German. After obtaining her Masters degree in Foreign Languages (English, German, and Italian) and International Tourism in France, Lucile lived in Germany for the next 15 years. She worked in international corporations coordinating sales and marketing activities across Europe.
In 2004, Lucile emigrated to British Columbia, Canada where she worked for herself as a translator for 5 years. She met her American husband on Vancouver Island and her son was born a year later. Lucile and her family moved to Fort Collins in 2009 to be closer to her husband’s family.
Lucile discovered Music Lingua when she was looking for fun methods to teach her 3-year old son French and German. She became a licensed French and German Music Lingua instructor in spring 2012. In addition, Lucile gained experience teaching French children 3 to 9 years old at a local school in Fort Collins.
In Summer 2013, Lucile extended her language services to offer private and semi-private lessons to adults, teenagers, and school-age children. She uses a variety of language learning methods, games, and activities in a fun and relaxed environment. Lucile enjoys teaching her two native languages and hopes to instill in her students the same love and appreciation she has for foreign languages, travels, and foreign cultures.
