About your teacher:

Christina Crane

Hello! After years of participating in Music Lingua classes with my son, I am thrilled to now be teaching German through this amazing program. My love of German started early thanks to my German mother and visits with German relatives in Bremen, Germany. I studied German language throughout high school and college, then spent a year studying abroad in Freiburg, Germany. These experiences shaped who I am and how I view the world. Fast forward 20 years through various adventures to the birth of my son! When I had my son, it struck me that learning languages was integral to my childhood and what family means to me. I knew immediately that I wanted to share that experience with him, but what I didn't expect is that Music Lingua would inspire me to dust off my own language skills too. Music Lingua gave us a fun and playful start at speaking German that has blossomed into speaking a fair amount of German at home. I also teach German through the World Language Initiative - Montana. I very much look forward to sharing the rewarding experience of language learning through music with you and your littles!
